With the increasing popularity of Miles & Miles, a luxury car rental service in London, the surge in calls and queries from new customers overwhelmed their systems. To address the backlog, Miles & Miles is in search of a solution; the proposed solution takes the form of a mobile app aimed at mitigating the backlog by providing customers with increased autonomy over their accounts.
