As a movie and TV enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for new shows and films to enjoy and so I heavily rely on sources like IMDb, an extensive online media database.
Although the site garners 200m unique monthly visitors, my personal interactions as a user have often left me wanting more. This experience led me to embark on a journey of redesigning the website’s product page "What's On TV and Streaming", placing a strong emphasis on improving user-friendliness and accesibility.

This redesign was based on my hypothesis that it is possible that existing users are experiencing a sense of overwhelm when navigating the product page, leading to potential drop-offs. Users might opt for utilising the search bar and advanced filters to explore TV and Streaming content instead of scrolling the entire page. Additionally, I hypothesised that certain users may encounter accessibility challenges, resulting in difficulties in reading and navigating the page.
